As a result, we have set up entire banking systems, as well as supplier relationship management systems on SAP for top companies.

The few examples below illustrate some of the project-types we accomplish.
For an insurance company, we provided advice for the development of a multi-channel customer sales and support strategy. The distribution logic of all media used and integration in the business processes of the company, formed part of the engagement. Rules and workflow defined the distribution of activities and were also used to standardize processes. An optimal technical platform to implement the system has now been selected and integrated, and, the complexity of processes therefore drastically reduced. The absence of cuts in the process flow brings huge benefits to the customer.
In the manufacturing sector, we provided advice to a customer concerning the implementation of Euro-SOX compliance processes and systems, which document all relevant process steps. The global integration of all production plants in this umbrella system was possible using a standard SAP system, which has been integrated and deployed worldwide.
As a company in the automotive sector, we make use of the “Moments of Truth” methodology in order to identify customers’ critical touch points and optimize contact possibilities in order to gain additional loyal customers, stronger relationships and a brand tie up.
For a reinsurance company, we have been assigned a project to take care of the maintenance of an entire back-end system that represents the backbone of their core business. Founded methods, tools and processes are now in use in order to guarantee stable “life systems” – also for “any time” production of the year-end closing.
To support a telecommunication carrier in the development of new services, consisting of a bundle of different products, we are now designing “Next generation architecture” and system, thus providing the required order-management skills.
